In reply to Jane. I feel like mine held up for over a year and then the liner area developed holes. I think there might be other brands out there that are better these days. Thinx has changed things up since I purchased them 3-4 years ago Next, I tried fannypants to save some $$, but they're really thin for absorbency and granny panties.

Stop and think before you buy THINX. They charge you extortionate rates. It will take you years of not buys pads or tampons to be worth it. Not only does this company charge premium rates for their products and shipping but they do not even cover the correct shipping rates or customs fee. I was forced to pay an extra £15 on top of the huge hole this product has made in my purse. For prices such as this, you would expect immaculate quality but this cannot be said. A moon cup and re-usable sanitary towels are much easier to use, far more reasonably priced, just as good for the environment and I haven’t encountered such appalling customer service issues anywhere other than with THINX.

For some of us, money isn’t the sole determining factor in the value of a product and we’re glad THINX are still a terrific, functional product for a lot of satisfied women. – Eds

Thanks for this review! I’m a mom, trying to figure out how to deal with sports and a tween daughter who refuses to wear tampons. I use a cup, which works very well for me, but try convincing your 13 year old to use one of those! With the hefty price tag, I wasn’t sure about spending so much to try them out.

What a great article. I too have found them to be an excellent and reliable replacement of traditional products. Thinx have given me the peace of mind to enjoy life to its fullest all month long. I would highly recommend trying them out, in fact I’ve been so happy with my initial purchase that I plan to buy more.

In reply to Rachel Jones. Hi Rachel, I did and they were fine for me on my medium to light days. On the heavy days, I wore them with a pad to be safe.
